Comfortable to sit in

A cast plastic seat core that is resilient as well as rigid, combined with carefully selected cushion materials, has made the chairs even more comfortable. Furthermore, back support has been improved dramatically compared with existing models.

Round seat (user option)

Square seats (standard) and round seats (optional) are available. Seats are easily installed with screws at four locations. Choose the seat type as required.

Slide mechanism (factory option)

By fitting the slide mechanism, the chair can slide forward up to 60mm while the examinee is still seated. The examinee can be brought closer to the instrument for examination without moving the entire chair. Installation of the slide mechanism does not change the height of the seat.

Both stable and mobile

Use of a round base instead of the conventional square base has reduced wobbling, further enhancing stability. Also, there are two casters fitted at the rear of the base, allowing the chair to be easily moved back and forth by slightly lifting the front of the seat.

CR-650S: for integrated use, requiring no foot pedal

By connecting the CR-650S to the Ophthalmic Workstation ST-80, the Autodesk ST-40, or the Electric Instrument Table, ST-25C, the chair elevation can be controlled by the buttons on the instrument tables. More comfortable legroom is provided as there is no need to place a foot pedal on the floor.
